Refund & Cancellation Policy

At North Omaha Lawn Services, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality lawn-care services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and service issues are handled. By scheduling any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Appointment Cancellations
A. Standard Cancellations

You may cancel any scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance with no fee.

Cancellations must be made by phone, text, or email.
B. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a Late Cancellation Fee of $15–$35, depending on the service type and travel distance.

Repeat late cancellations may require prepayment for future services.
2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a Rescheduling Fee similar to the late cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling initiated by our team does not incur any fee.
3. Missed Appointments / Inaccessible Property
If our crew arrives and cannot complete the service due to:

Locked gates
-
Loose pets preventing safe entry
-
Vehicles or obstacles blocking access
-
Unsafe or hazardous property conditions
-
Customer not being present (when required)
A Trip Fee of $20–$45 may be charged to cover travel and labor costs.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations
North Omaha Lawn Services, LLC may delay or cancel services due to:

Rain, storms, or wet grass
-
Extreme heat or cold
-
Unsafe or damaging lawn conditions
-
Equipment limitations
Weather-related cancellations do not result in any customer fees.
We will notify you and reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Refund Policy
A. Refunds for Prepaid Services
If you prepaid for a service that has not yet been completed, you may request a full refund minus any applicable cancellation or trip fees.
B. Refunds for Completed Work
Refunds for completed services are issued only when:

There is a clear service failure

The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of service

We are unable to correct or redo the service
We reserve the right to inspect the property before issuing any refund.
C. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:

Special-order materials
-
Custom service packages already started
-
Work already completed to standard
-
Weather-delayed services (if completed later)

Retail products purchased
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the result of a service:

Notify us within 24–48 hours

We will review the issue and offer a correction or touch-up at no additional cost, if appropriate
Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe may void eligibility for corrections or refunds.
7. Recurring Service Agreements
For weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service plans:

You may cancel your recurring plan with 7 days’ notice

Any prepaid portion for future services will be refunded, minus applicable fees
-
Work already performed is non-refundable
