3. Estimates & Scheduling

  • Estimates provided online or in person are based on information you provide and may be adjusted once we inspect the property.

  • Appointment dates and times are approximate and may vary due to weather, equipment issues, or scheduling demands.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel Services due to unsafe weather conditions, property hazards, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All pricing is listed on our website or provided through a written or verbal estimate.

  • Prices may change at any time, but we will notify you of changes before services are rendered.

  • Payment is due [at time of service / within 1 business day of invoice]

  • We accept cash, credit card, online apps payments, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, CashAppPay, etc.].

  • Failure to pay invoices on time may result in late fees or suspension of future Services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a Service 24hrs before the scheduled time with no fee.

  • Cancellations made after that window may incur a late cancellation fee of $25.

  • If our crew arrives and cannot perform the job due to locked gates, obstacles, or other access issues, a trip fee of $25 may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient Service, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the property

  • Secure pets and unlock gates before the appointment

  • Remove obstacles such as hoses, toys, tools, or furniture

  • Notify us of hazards like irrigation lines, rocks, soft ground, or uneven terrain

North Omaha Lawn Services is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or hidden obstacles.

7. Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with any Service:

  • You must notify us within [24hrs] of completion

  • We will evaluate the issue and may correct it at no additional cost, depending on the circumstances

  • Failure to notify us within the stated time may waive your right to a correction visit

8. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Service outcomes depend on environmental factors such as soil condition, rainfall, temperature, and pest activity.
North Omaha Lawn Services is not responsible for results affected by factors outside our control.

9. Property Damage Disclaimer

While we take great care while servicing your property, minor damage may occur in the normal course of lawn maintenance (e.g., small scratches on edging surfaces, dislodged rocks).
We are not responsible for damage to:

  • Hidden irrigation components

  • Wires or cables buried shallowly

  • Items left in the yard

  • Pre-existing damage

Report significant concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

10. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, and media on our website are owned by North Omaha Lawn Services, LLC.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website to:
