Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations A. Standard Cancellations You may cancel any scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations must be made by phone, text, or email. B. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a Late Cancellation Fee of $15–$35, depending on the service type and travel distance. Repeat late cancellations may require prepayment for future services. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a Rescheduling Fee similar to the late cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling initiated by our team does not incur any fee.
