Cancellation Policy

We are happy to provide free landscaping estimates for our customers. If you need to cancel or reschedule your estimate appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This helps us make that appointment time available to other customers. If our representative arrives at the scheduled appointment and no one is available or we are unable to access the property without prior notice, we reserve the right to decline future free estimate requests or charge a consultation fee for any rescheduled appointment. There is no charge for canceling a free estimate when proper notice is given.
